Membership Hold & Cancellation Policy
At CrossFit Kelham, we understand that life sometimes requires a break—or a change. Please review the details below to help you decide whether you’d prefer to place your membership on hold or cancel entirely.
Membership Hold (Temporary Suspension)
This is not a termination request. A hold allows you to pause your membership temporarily without losing your place in our community.
Notice Period:
Membership hold requests must be submitted at least 30 business days before your next scheduled payment. Requests received later will be processed after the forthcoming payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.Duration:
Holds are available in 30-day increments, up to 90 consecutive days (i.e. 30, 60, or 90 days).Reactivation:
When your hold period expires, your membership will automatically resume, and regular payments will restart.Cancellation During Hold:
If you choose to cancel during a hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice will apply, and a final full month’s payment will be charged before termination.Fees:
There is a £15 fee per 30-day hold period.
Membership Cancellation
We’re sorry to see you go. If you decide to reactivate your membership later (and we hope you do), please note that rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply, as membership rates are subject to change.
Notice Period:
To cancel, you must submit the cancellation form below. This will serve as your 30-day written notice as required by your membership agreement.Final Payments:
Your membership will end 30 days from the date of form submission. If a payment is scheduled during this 30-day period, it will be processed as normal. All payments are non-refundable.Early Termination Fee:
If you cancel before the end of a specified commitment period, an early termination fee will be charged. This fee equals the difference between the membership you were on and the membership you would have been on, as outlined in your membership agreement.
