6-Week Couch to CrossFit Course

Class Times: Every Monday and Tuesday at 7:30 PM
Duration: 6 Weeks
Format: 30 mins education + 50 mins fitness

Functional Fitness: Learn and practice exercises that improve your overall strength, mobility, and body function.
Comprehensive Education: Each session includes 30 minutes of education on health, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, supplemented by an e-book and workbook to help you set and achieve your personal goals.
Supportive Environment: Train in a supportive group setting that fosters community and accountability, perfect for those new to fitness or anyone who feels intimidated or lacks confidence in a gym environment.
Holistic Approach: Address lifestyle and nutrition habits outside of the gym to ensure a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.
